Treatment: Scarf osteotomy of the first metatarsal

Treatment: Surgical suture of the tendon’s  rupture

I. During procedure, the forceps shows the rupture of the brevis peroneus tendon II. The photo shows the brevis tendon after the suture.

I. Anteroposterior x-ray foot shows the distal fractures on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th MTT. II. Post -surgery, anteroposterior x-ray foot shows the reduction of the fractures and the use of K-w.
