Pelvic and Acetabular Fractures

1. Pelvic fracture involved sacrum caused by lateral compression in a 25-year-old male.
Treatment: Percutaneous fixation with two sacroiliac screws

3. Pelvic fracture called also open book fracture in a 27-year-old male.
Treatment: Open reduction internal fixation of pubic symphysis and percutaneous fixation of the left sacroiliac joint

4. Posterior dislocation of the right hip with posterior acetabulum fracture in a 40-year-old male.
Treatment: 1st stage; closed reduction of the dislocation 2nd stage; open reduction of the acetabulum fracture with internal fixation
